3rd Kannawidan Festival of Ilocos Sur

Kannawidan Schedule

Now on its third year, Kannawidan Festival features traditional yet exciting events and activities that we should not miss.

Once in our life, we want to watch sarsuela, but where? Maybe, we should check our sked so we can evaluate our time and call some of hotels in Vigan City.

Don’t worry, it will be busy for you. Before this Kannawidan Festival, Vigan City will celebrate their fiesta. Vigan? Remember the old houses of Spanish and Chinese architecture, the longganisa, kalesa, puki-puki, okay. That’s it.

Ohh, so you want experience the Libot. You know, the Filipino tradition where we marched along the streets together with our patron saints. This will be the opening event. It will be on January 28. Before that, a concelebrated mass will be held at Saint Paul Cathedral.
