His first assignment, Dinwede Elementary School.

Together with first timer teachers, Miss Adeline Gumpit and Miss Maricel Dumal-i of Comillas South and Aluling, respectively, they will teach the kids of Dinwede West, Cervantes Ilocos Sur.

Region 1 Balik-School, Peacefull

CAMP BGEN OSCAR M FLORENDO — PCSupt. Ramon V. Gatan, PRO1 Regional Director, commended the Region 1 police for their concerted effort in making the opening of classes in all public schools on June 1 generally peaceful.

Gatan said the positive assessment of the Balik-Eskwela in the region is a result of the vigorous conduct of round-the-clock police visibility operations in schools, business districts and other points of convergence.

Candon Division Education Now High-Tech

Candon City.  Ten public elementary schools in Candon City Division now a high-tech with the use of mobile phones through Text2Teach as medium for teaching.

Mayor Allen G. Singson of Candon City and Dr. Jorge Reinante of Candon City Division signed the Memorandum of Agreement with the Text2Teach alliance represented by Mr. Mario Deriquito of Ayala Foundation, Inc. to provide them the Text2Teach program.
